Terms & Conditions:
● Reservation advance payment is nonrefundable and will be deducted from the total lease amount.
● The security deposit will be refunded within 2 days from check-out inspection.
● The Guest will be charged the full amount of the stay in case of cancellation or early termination.
● The rental amount is inclusive of all utility bills (DEWA, A/C and basic Cable TV).
● Local and international calls are not included in the contract and are paid for by the Guest.
● Housekeeping service is upon request at cost.
● The unit will be used for residential purpose. Subleasing the unit is strictly prohibited.
● The Guest undertakes not to transfer the subject of tenancy to anyone.
● Renewal of the contract is at the discretion of the Managing Agent.
● This contract is valid up until the end of the specified period, after which date, it is considered & void.
● Pets are not allowed in the premises.
● If the Guest acts against any of the conditions made in this contract, the Managing Agent has the right to instantlyeject the Guest from the premises and the Guest loses his/her right to the conditions of the contract, including anyrental amount refund.
● At the end of the contract, the premises, fixtures and fittings, must be in the same condition provided at thecommencement of the lease. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the Guest.Bank:
